1. Summary

This website presents the IMMUN ACTIVE products. No registration is needed to use it. The website sets no cookies, uses no visitor tracking or marketing tools, and embeds no content from external providers.

2. Server logs

When a page is opened, the web server writes a technical log entry. It contains the shortened (anonymised) IP address, the time of the request, the address of the requested page, the status code and size of the response, the address of the referring page, and the identifier sent by the browser (user agent). For faulty requests or requests that indicate misuse, the error log may also contain the full IP address.

The purpose of this processing is the secure and reliable operation of the website and the detection of errors and misuse. Aggregated visit statistics that cannot be linked to a person may be produced from the logs. Legal basis: the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Log entries are kept for no longer than 15 days and are then deleted automatically.

3. Contacting us

If someone contacts the controller by email or through a form on this website, the controller processes the data provided in the inquiry (name, email address, content of the message and, for partner inquiries, company name, phone number, country and partner type) solely in order to answer it. Legal basis: for the forms, the consent of the data subject (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), which can be withdrawn at any time; for email, the legitimate interest of the controller in answering inquiries (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR); for steps prior to entering into a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. The data is processed until the inquiry is closed, unless the law requires longer retention.

4. Processors and data transfers

The website is served from a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH (Industriestr. 25, 91710 Gunzenhausen, Germany) located in Germany. The hosting provider and the technical operator of the website act as processors. No personal data leaves the European Economic Area in the course of operating the website, and the controller does not sell data.

5. Rights of data subjects

Data subjects may request information about the data processed about them, request its rectification, erasure or the restriction of its processing, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and exercise the right to data portability in the cases defined by the GDPR. Requests can be sent to the privacy contact above; the controller responds within one month at the latest.

6. Automated decision-making

No automated decision-making or profiling takes place on this website.

7. Changes to this notice

If the way the website works changes – for example when a new feature is introduced – the controller updates this notice. Effective from 29 September 2026.
